game makers in space; In addition to inventory, inventory

MIAMI GARDENS – The Miami Dolphins had one last workout without full rigs on Monday before bootcamp began practicing on Tuesday.

And Dolphins playmakers found plenty of room before a potential shift in practice tone once players slowed down and tackled the ground.

Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa had back-to-back contacts with his future wide range of Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle as they picked up the ball as it crossed a medium depth in midfield with room to run into the end zone.

Earlier in the same part of the exercise, which included an attack that began at the 40-yard defense line, Tagoviloa hit rookie Eric Izukanma deep down the right sideline to land completely through the air.

Running backs found space, too. Myles Gaskin had a pair of slots open when running through the middle. Chase Edmonds had something open to him through the left side, although left-handed Terron Armstead was not involved in parts of the group training. Until 2021, Gerrid Doaks is in the seventh round, making significant gains along the right-hand side.

Dolphin defenders are sure to be excited to tackle their offensive teammates in the upcoming training sessions. Even then, there were instances where the defense stood their ground: Melvin Ingram early stopped running; Zach Sealer and John Jenkins got together to stuff again in the middle; Brennan Scarlett had another, and Calvin Monson scored a tackle for the loss on ZaQuandre White.

Tagoviloa also threw an interception at the end of a practice run for cornerback Trail Williams, taking it down with one hand.

Hill wore the orange jersey into Monday’s training as Player of the Day from his last session on Saturday when he was dropping 65 yards over the top of defense between a set of moments. …

Williams intercepted a one-handed highlight reel for Tagovailoa as he said, speaking after today’s practice, that he kept his feet pointing inward. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding on the road between Tagovailoa and Edel. …

Waddle won in the red 1-on-1 against Xavien Howard as Howard covered him as much as possible, but Tagovailoa managed to hit his target. The two previous practices, Howard had broken up a pass against Hill. …

Duke Riley made an impressive breakup against Hunter Long in the end zone where Long was in his fist before Riley shredded it. …

Skylar Thompson rolled to the right and threw his body to touch the red area to the middle of the finish for Trent Sherfield. Thompson also had shorter throws to Hill and Ezukanma in which they ran for scores after the hunt and later ones for Tanner Conner. …

Tagoviloa had one rep in the red as he bought time and sprinted left for 10 yards. He also threw scores from Edmunds and Sethan Carter. …

Thompson, who had more reps with Teddy Bridgewater who didn’t throw on Monday, held the ball long in several plays. …

In the red 1-on-1s, Edmonds had a rep as he beat Jerome Baker to the outside for a pickup and score, Jevon Holland broke a pass to Mike Gesicki, and Brandon Jones took home the best Durham Smythe. …

After Hill and rookie businessman Blaise Andreis gave a show before Saturday’s practice to thrill the crowd, Monday’s rehearsal saw Thompson and rookie wide receiver Braylon Sanders make a mock version without fans in attendance. Their version included Griddy dancing in what was likely a rehearsal on Tuesday when fans were allowed back into camp.

Trail Williams dropped his second interception for his training camp with a single instrument on Monday against Tagovailoa. He previously had a pick of six against Bridgewater. The non-manufacturing sophomore who made the rookie side last season is making the most of his chances with Howard and Byron Jones who weren’t involved in the 11v11 action.

Mike Jesicki hasn’t shared much as a cross-target through five practices, which should call into question his role in this new offense when Hill and Waddle sees a lot of work. Jesekke was covered by Holland in a 1v1 match in which Holland disbanded in the end zone.

Bridgewater (uncovered) was limited to training on Monday and didn’t get to practice on the team. Center Michael Dieter (foot) and defensive line Adam Butler (undisclosed) remained on the sidelines. Defender Jon Lovett has also been suspended due to an undisclosed injury.

Left intervention Terron Armstead was in position drills but he did not participate in the team parts. Full-back Raheem Mostert and full-back Alec Ingold both wore red jerseys to training.
